Dr. Raymond S. Douglas is the Director of the Orbital and Thyroid Eye Disease Program and Professor of Ophthalmology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California and Director of Thyroid Eye Disease Center and Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Dr. Douglas completed his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.  After completing his ophthalmology residency at the Scheie Eye Institute, he completed an orbital facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the Jules Stein Eye Institute.
