Kellogg Ramp ~ Lot 150. (closest): 129 Kellogg Blvd. Saint Paul, MN 55102. Enter off of Kellogg, it goes under the 317 building.
Rivercentre Ramp: 150 Kellogg Blvd. Saint Paul, MN 55102. Across the street and kiddy corner from the 317 building. About 2 blocks, can walk outside or take the skyway over to the Rivercentre and walk through inside.
Lawson Ramp: 11 West 5th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102. This ramp is next to the Saint Paul Hotel in the same building as Kincaid’s restaurant. About 1 block away with a nice walk through Rice Park
